OneCard Request

Please submit the form below in order to request your OneCard card. It is very important to make sure the name of the uploaded photo is your Ryerson ID (9 digit).

RUIC ID (This is found on your Letter of Acceptance. It is the same as your Student Portal Username)
Ryerson ID (This is different from your RUIC ID)
New Students: Please check your email for this ID.
Returning Students can find this ID in their Student Profile on Portal.
Photo Guidelines
Please upload a photo of your face to be used for the OneCard. The photo should be similar to one taken for a Passport or other piece of IDs. Please follow the photo guidelines above when taking your photo.

Please also change the file name of your photo to your Ryerson (9 digit) ID number before uploading below.
